Today's cause

Endometriosis is a chronic condition where tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus, causing severe, life-impacting pain during periods, sexual intercourse, bowel movements, and urination. Other symptoms include chronic pelvic pain, bloating, nausea, fatigue, and sometimes depression, anxiety, and infertility. It affects 10% of women and girls of reproductive age and can start with their first period, lasting until menopause. Despite its prevalence and impact, diagnosis takes an average of 10 years and there is no cure. Let’s help!
